ATOM Video Assist provides passengers with a clear visual connection to the operator during emergency calls. The system works alongside the lift company’s existing alarm and audio intercom. ATOM Video Assist displays the operator’s live camera feed on the ATOM screen when the FCC initiates video.

  • Provides live visual reassurance by showing the operator on the ATOM screen during emergencies
  • Supports both 1-way and 2-way video assistance
  • Works independently from the lift’s alarm and audio intercom path
  • FCC operator can preview, start or stop video at any time
  • Simple LAN-based integration using Ethernet, Fibre or VDSL
  • Fully compatible with ATOM Display and CONV-XXX encoder
